Once again, Len Wein and Jae Lee's Ozymandias series comes out on top. Wein is delivering exactly what "Watchmen" fans are looking for. He's filling in the gaps and backgrounds as well as expanding on the story we've come to know and love in the original graphic novel. Lee's artwork is without a doubt my favorite of the entire "Before Watchmen" event. I don't know how someone can successfully marry the classic look of Norman Rockwell with the cutting edge sharpness of modern comic artwork. Issue #3 sees Ozymandias battling the Comedian for the first time. It also gives the reader insight into Adrian Veidt's obsession with Dr. Manhattan and the building of his Antarctic stronghold.Product details
